FRAME ALIGNMENT SYSTEM
BenchRack™ was introduced in 1988 as the market emerged for larger vehicles, pickup trucks and SUVs. This system is best suited for those vehicles, including up to 1-ton trucks. The BenchRack name is derived from the fact that it can be used as a bench (similar to the MK Series and other similar manufacturers models). This model is a drive-on, which is most commonly called a "rack." Its removable side sections (ramps) allow for the flexibility to be used as a bench or a rack.
FRAME ALIGNMENT SYSTEM FOR LIGHT COSMETIC DAMAGE
Speed™ was introduced to the Car-O-Liner brand in the early 2000's and was designed to address the need for light pulls. This frame alignment system features a 5-ton pull capacity and incorporates a high scissor lift to achieve maximum productivity. It is best suited for uni-body cars and light sheet metal pulling (i.e., rad supports, aprons, A & B pillars, etc.). With the incorporated high scissors lift, it may also be used solely for that feature in a technician's bay. When not in use, this system will compress to 4.25" for continued usage of the bay. Speed Plus will allow for 360 pulling with the optional side pull adaptor.
FLEXIBLE COLLISION REPAIR SYSTEM
Mark 6 is the original machine from Car-O-Liner and was designed to handle the uni-body cars that were emerging onto the US market when it was introduced in 1978. Originally known as a MK II, this frame machine system continues to be produced today as the MK 6.
It can be portable and can be equipped with or without an optional scissors lift. It also works well where space is a constraint in the smaller shops. This collision repair system is best suited for uni-body vehicles or compact trucks and SUVs (if equipped with the optional truck clamping package).
FRAME ALIGNMENT SYSTEM FOR COSMETIC & STRUCTURAL DAMAGE
The Quick 42™frame alignment system was introduced in 2009 as the market emerged into "blue printing" for thorough repair estimates and repair plans. It can be used for measuring a vehicle without set-up and, if necessary, it features quick lifting and clamping for a vehicle set-up. Measuring base (bridge) may stay on the machine to enhance quick measuring. It is also used in areas of repair shops known as "fast lane," "quick lane," "fast track repairs," etc. This frame machine system is capable of handling light repairs to heavy duty repairs. Quick 42 is best suited for uni-body car repairs and compact truck and SUV repairs.
